OBJECTIVE
To gain experience in professional film/video and audio post-production and grow as a filmmaker and sound designer/technician as I use my skills and interests to the best of my ability in an entry-level position.
EDUCATION
BFA: Filmmaking (2008)
Minneapolis College of Art and Design, 2004-2008
Filmmaking studies included conceptualizing, writing and producing film and video shorts, collaborating with others on their film and video projects, lighting on location and in the studio, recording sound on location and in the recording studio, and directing actors, as well as editing video and designing/mixing soundtracks, and exporting/preparing finished projects for different applications. I also completed several courses in sound design and technique, film analysis and critique, and film history.
INTERNSHIPS

Grip/Production Assistant
Assisted on several video shoots including internal corporate videos and television commercials; duties included set up, maintenance, and tear down of lights, C-stands and flags, silks, and jib arm; also assisted in post-production by logging and capturing footage, and duplicating DVD and VHS for archival and distribution.
